What is Menopause Fit?

Menopause Fit is a 12-week holistic programme designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. It combines nutrition guidance, exercise, yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindset coaching, and community support to help you manage symptoms and feel your best.

How much does the programme cost?

The full 12-week programme costs £357. This is a one-time payment that gives you complete access to all content, resources, and community support.

When can I start?

You can start immediately after signing up. The programme is self-paced and delivered online through Thinkific, so you can begin whenever suits you and work through the content at your own pace.

Is this suitable for perimenopause?

Absolutely! The programme is designed for women at any stage - perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause. Many of our members join during perimenopause and find the information invaluable for understanding what's happening in their bodies.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

We recommend setting aside 60 - 90 minutes each week to get the most from the programme. However, you can go at your own pace.

What's included in the programme?

The programme includes: weekly educational content on topics from nutrition to mindset; meditation and breathing practices; yoga and exercise sessions; food diary templates and action plans; access to a private community group; and recorded sessions you can rewatch anytime.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all! The exercises and yoga sessions are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Clair and Sam provide modifications and alternatives, so you can start wherever you are and progress at your own pace.

Is this a replacement for HRT?

No. Menopause Fit is a lifestyle programme that complements any medical treatment you may be receiving. We provide holistic support through nutrition, exercise, and mindset - things that benefit all women regardless of whether they take HRT. Always consult your GP about medical treatments.

How is the content delivered?

All content is delivered online through Thinkific, a secure learning platform. You'll get instant access after signing up and can watch videos, download resources, and track your progress from any device.

Can I access the content after 12 weeks?

Yes! Once you've purchased the programme, you have ongoing access to all the content for 18 months. You can revisit any module whenever you need a refresher.

Is there a community or support group?

Yes! You'll get access to our private community group where you can connect with other women on the same journey, share experiences, ask questions, and get support from both fellow members and our team.

What topics are covered each week?

The 12 weeks cover: Understanding menopause and symptoms; Mindset and goal setting; Sleep, mood and memory; Hot flushes and night sweats; The microbiome and gut health; Bone health and osteoporosis; Pelvic floor and self-esteem; Mental decluttering; and Reflection and planning ahead.

Who created Menopause Fit?

Menopause Fit was created by Clair Yates (yoga teacher, breath coach, and therapist with 15 years' experience) and Samantha Goddard (Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, nutrition and fitness expert). They combined their expertise to create a truly holistic programme.
