Our Story
Menopause Fit was born from a simple realisation: too many women are suffering through menopause without the support, information, and practical tools they need.
In 2019, we came together to address a problem many of our clients shared. They were finding a real lack of holistic support, with very limited options available. Medical appointments felt brief, information was scattered, and they often felt alone in their struggles - whether they were dealing with hot flushes, anxiety, or a profound sense of losing themselves. They were frustrated and simply wanted to know what changes they could make that would genuinely help.
We knew there had to be a better way. By combining our expertise in yoga, breathwork, therapy, hypnotherapy, nutrition, and fitness, we created a programme that addresses menopause from every angle - body, mind, and spirit.
Menopause Fit isn't just a course. It's a community of women supporting each other through one of life's most significant transitions.

With over 15 years of experience, Clair is an accessible yoga and meditation teacher, breath coach, and therapist who is currently integrating psychotherapy into her practice.
Her areas of expertise include:
- Pelvic health for women

- Supporting women through anxiety and depression
- Physical, mental, and emotional wellness
- Breathwork and meditation practices
Clair's philosophy is simple: “Anyone who walks or rolls through my door is welcome.” She's committed to making yoga and wellness accessible to everyone.
Samantha Goddard
Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Nutrition & Fitness Expert
Sam is an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Kent who specialises in helping women overcome emotional and psychological challenges through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Her qualifications and training include:
- Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy
- Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management
- Fitness and Dance Instructor
Sam specialises in helping women with anxiety, self-doubt, emotional eating, confidence issues, and sleep difficulties. Her methodology combines subconscious reprogramming with practical emotional intelligence tools.
